All orders are handcrafted and made just for you, therefore, we do not accept returns. This policy is to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. If you are not happy with your purchase we will happily exchange your item if requested. Customers are responsible for re-shipping charges unless otherwise noted. If necessary we will do our best to issue any refunds (less transaction fees) within 3 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days for these funds to settle to your original payment method.
We offer both domestic and international shipping. There are restrictions on some products, as not all items can be shipped to international destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import taxes.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the chosen shipping provider shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note Bask & Co. is not liable for any delivery delays due to customs.
All orders placed during our Annual Salevember Event will be completed in the order they are received and may incur at least 2 weeks of additional fulfillment time due to the volume of orders received.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
ALWAYS use caution when handling items packaged in glass. Keep away from wet and/or slippery surfaces to prevent breakage.
